Can I create "subscriptions" from the REST API?

Hi,
I am currently designing a subscription model for my mobile game but with a tricky situation we need to support B to B and B to C clients.
B to C will be the classic flow users will subscribe from Android or iOS stores.
But I need to know if I can create subscriptions for our business clients through your REST API and of course that subscription will be valid for iOS and Android.
