# Troubleshooting - Invalid Store Credentials Error

## IOS

Please return to the *Connect Stores* step and ensure you have provided the correct <a href="/docs/ios-app-store-info-fields#2-generate-the-app-specific-shared-secret" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Shared Secret</a>

## Android

Check in the <a href="https://play.google.com/console/developers/users-and-permissions" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Google Play Console</a> that the provided service account was granted with the following permissions:

* View financial data
* Manage orders and subscriptions
